By implanting pigment between the lashes themselves, the lashes will look fuller, darker and give the eye an open look. This procedure is for the top lashes only. Best option for mature skin. Eyeliner
Eyeliner can be place on the top of the eyelid, the under eyelid or both. The client will pick the desired thickness for each area prior to the start of treatment. Best for clients almost any client.
